5 Simple Ways to be safe in the heat of Arizona

Arizona heats up in the summer time.

It gets HOT. Really HOT.  Be smart and safe with the following tips: 

 

Drink plenty of water:

Splash of water

 

Wear Sunscreen:

Seriously. You want to wear sunscreen and lots of it. The Arizona sun is brutal. Be smart. Lather up.

 

Don’t leave your kids or pets in the car:

When it is hot out, do not leave pets or kids in the car.

Every year there are news reports about kids or pets left in the car. Don’t be that person.

 

Go inside during the hottest part of the day:
