2 racks of baby back ribs cut if needed, to fit in baking pan.
Rub ribs with a mixture of:
1/4 cup (packed) brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon season-all salt
Black pepper
Note – any combination of your favorite spices can be added to the brown sugar so feel free to experiment and edit!
Put ribs in a covered container and refrigerate for 1 hour – overnight.
2.25 hours before you want to eat, heat oven to 250 degrees. In 13 x 9 (or larger) baking pan, combine:
1 cup chicken broth
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
Place ribs in pan in single layer. Cover tightly with foil and cook 2 hours. About 10 minutes before the ribs are done, preheat grill
Remove ribs from oven, place on preheated grill. Baste with your favorite bottled barbecue sauce, grill 5 minutes, flip, bast with more sauce, grill another 5 minutes.
Serve!
