This is our go-to pizza dough, because the recipe is Soooo easy! The cold-rise dough comes together in less than 15 minutes! Our favorite recipe, from our favorite pizza master, Albert Grande! Check out his website at www.pizzatherapy.com
Mix together in a large bowl:
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon yeast
Add:
1 1/2 cups water
Mix together; turn out on floured counter and knead 5-8 minutes. Drizzle dough with olive oil so surface is covered lightly.
Put dough in ziplock bag – do NOT close bag. Put bag in fridge for 8 hours or overnight.
Take dough out of fridge and allow to come to room temperature, about 1-2 hours before you want to eat.
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Roll out dough, add your favorite toppings, bake 8-10 minutes or until desired doneness. Devour! Be happy!
